Our portfolio of projects include hundreds of custom homes featuring varying architectural styles such as Tuscan, Contemporary, Spanish, Craftsman Storybook, Tahoe, Victorian and more. We have commercial projects up to 40,000 square feet using various types of construction including wood framed, steel and concrete tilt up.

Past projects also include multi-family, apartments and condominium projects up to 36 units. Haldeman Homes has been involved in the development of several residential subdivisions in Placer County.

We are experienced in all phases including land purchases, entitlements, lot construction and home building. Our largest project to date is 76 units.
